Conduct a public hearing to consider a Board-initiated rezoning per a Settlement Agreement between Hazel Creek Properties LLC and Cherokee County, GA, of a parcel located at 3202 Hickory Flat Hwy from R-40 to OI and NC with conditions.

City of Holly Springs Annexation - Univeter Road and Hickory Flat Highway.

Consider the annexation case from the City of Holly Springs for approximately 18.49 +/- acres from AG to TND.

City of Holly Springs Annexation - Edmondson Lane.

Consider the annexation case from the City of Holly Springs for approximately 6.33 +/- acres from R-40/GC to TND.

Consider final acceptance of all public rights-of-way, roadways, and appurtenant drainage structures in the Vaughn Estates subdivision.

Consider accepting a two-year Federal grant award in the amount of $377,657.00 for FY2024 and FY2025 and consider authorizing a Budget Amendment to the adopted County FY2024 Budget in the amount of $314,716.00 to allocate the Federal award and the required 25% match for 12-months.

Consider accepting a two-year Federal grant award in the amount of $363,847.00 for FY2024 and FY2025 and consider authorizing a Budget Amendment to the adopted County FY2024 Budget in the amount of $303,109.00 to allocate the Federal award and the required 25% match for 12-months.

Consider approving renewal of agreement for Public Safety Secured Virtual Private Network in the amount of $48,377.65; a cost of $86.98 per device per year.

Renewal of Multi-factor Authentication.

Consider approving the renewal of the County's current Multi-factor Authentication solution for an additional one-year term at the cost of $57,482.93.

Amendment Two for MACH Fire Station Alerting Agreement and Budget Amendment.

Consider approving Amendment Two to the MACH Fire Station Alerting agreement with Motorola; and approving a budget amendment in the amount of $678,859.00.

Bells Ferry Road at Bascomb Commercial Parkway Drainage Improvement Project - Design Services.

Consider approval of a proposal from Practical Design Partners, LLC, to perform design engineering for the Bells Ferry Road at Bascomb Commercial Parkway Drainage Improvement Project under the annual engineering consulting services contract in the amount of $17,905.00.

Consider approval of an agreement with Alscan, Inc. for installation services to remove all existing Justice Center Surveillance Cameras and install upgraded cameras in the amount of $177,591.40.
